SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY EXCELLENCE

At DELETTO, we extend our commitment to excellence beyond the creation of our garments to encompass every aspect of your experience—including the delivery of your purchases.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed during workdays (Monday to Friday) are usually processed the same day, with delivery carried out within the timeframes specified below depending on your destination. Since there are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Does the order date differ from the shipping date?

The order date refers to the date on which you receive your order confirmation email, whereas the shipping date refers to the date on which your items are dispatched from our atelier and handed over to our carrier partner.

Standard Shipping

  • Italy: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 4-6 business days
  • Rest of World: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping

  • Italy: Next day delivery
  • Europe: 1-2 business days
  • North America: 2-3 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 2-4 business days
  • Rest of World: 3-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

SHIPPING FEES

  • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over €1,000
  • Express shipping available at an additional fee
  • Import duties and taxes may apply for international deliveries and are the responsibility of the customer
  • For bespoke commissions, shipping is always complimentary regardless of order value

 

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

How can I track the delivery status?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include the courier's tracking number. You may use this number on the carrier's website to track delivery of your package. Our Client Services team monitors all shipments and will proactively contact you should any delays occur.

What happens if the carrier does not find anyone at home at the indicated delivery address?

After one or more failed delivery attempts, your items will be placed in stock at the carrier's local warehouse. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team and requested to provide any information necessary to proceed with the delivery or arrange collection. If you have not replied within three business days after the notification, your items will return to our atelier and the full amount of your order will be refunded within 30 days of the return date.

Will the carrier contact me before the delivery?

Though it may occur, carriers are not obligated to contact you before delivery nor to provide a specific delivery time. For greater control over your delivery schedule, we recommend using our tracking system to monitor your shipment's progress and planning accordingly.

  • White glove delivery service available upon request for select locations
  • Secure delivery to hotels or temporary addresses
  • Discreet packaging options available
  • Scheduled delivery appointments for your convenience
  • Signature required delivery for all orders to ensure security

Delivery Address Requirements

  • We deliver to residential and business addresses
  • P.O. Box deliveries are not available for security reasons
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
  • For hotel deliveries, please provide your check-in and check-out dates

 

SPECIAL PRODUCT SHIPPING

Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Items

These exceptional pieces require additional processing time and will be shipped upon completion of your garment. You will be notified of expected delivery dates during your consultation process. All bespoke items include complimentary shipping and white glove delivery service.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Global Delivery Coverage

  • All international shipments are fully insured for your protection
  • Customs declarations are completed accurately for all international orders
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain materials or products

Customs & Import Information

  • We provide all necessary customs documentation
  • Packages may be subject to inspection by local customs authorities
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Additional fees imposed by customs authorities are separate from shipping costs

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited Destinations

Certain countries and territories may have restrictions on luxury goods or specific materials. Please contact our Client Services team for information about shipping to your specific location.

Restricted Items

  • Some leather goods may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
  • Precious metal accessories may require additional documentation
  • Fragrance products have specific shipping limitations

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and contents
  3. Contact our Client Services immediately
  4. Do not return items without prior authorization

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package is reported as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or reception
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Notify our Client Services team within 48 hours

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
