RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Return Conditions
DELETTO ("We", "us", "our") accepts returns of DELETTO products ("Products") eligible to return (as defined in DELETTO General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 15 calendar days of receipt of the Products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for (i) personalized Products, such as monogrammed Products (ii) Products made to measure or to your specifications; (iii) Products likely to be easily deteriorated or expired; and (iv) Products which cannot be sent back given their nature (e.g. unsealed fragrance or cosmetics products), or for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, bathing suits, swim trunks, earrings and pierced jewelry), (v) latex Products and (vi) any other Product that you were informed at the time of submitting your order could not be returned ("Non-returnable Products").
Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, Product certificates) and protective covers included.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.
2. Return Authorization & Process
All returns require prior authorization from DELETTO Client Services. To return a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return a Product and receive return authorization. To this effect you may:
(i) connect to your DELETTO account online, go to your Order History and complete the online return form by selecting the Product(s) you would like to return and indicating the quantity and reason for return;
or
(ii) contact our Client Service for assistance at info@delettomilano.com or through our contact form on the website.
You will receive an email confirming your return request and providing return authorization along with the following instructions for returning the Product(s) to our warehouse:
- Wrap the Products you wish to return safely to avoid damage; place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;
- Attach the return prepaid shipping label provided in your return authorization email to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely; if you have any issues with the label, please contact our Client Service for assistance;
- Visit the carrier website or contact the Client Service to arrange for collection. Alternatively, you may drop the box to the nearest carrier drop-off location;
Please note that Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return authorization.
3. Customer Return Shipping Responsibility
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items from outside the country where the original purchase was made. Return shipping arrangements and costs vary by destination country. Please contact our Client Service team for specific instructions and shipping options for your country.
Domestic Returns: For returns within the same country as purchase, prepaid return labels will be provided with your return authorization.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt of a Product for which a return was requested, we will inspect the Product to ensure that the return conditions specified above in Article 1 are met. Subject to the Product meeting those conditions, refund will be made.
You shall be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the Products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.
Refunds will occur no later than 14 days after receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
5. Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. For the most efficient service, we recommend:
- Placing a new order for the desired item
- Returning the original purchase for refund following the process above
- Contacting client services if you require assistance with size selection
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged merchandise or an incorrect item:
- Please contact our client services team immediately
- Provide photographs of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange for immediate collection and replacement at no cost to you
- No return shipping fees will be incurred for these situations
